Pump house is the building that can host: aggregates-pump electric motor, hydraulic equipment, electrical equipment, ventilation and heating.

Delivery can be made with or without pumps. Designing execution may take into account the typology of the customers pumps. Type and characteristics of pumps is established according to: the total height of pumping, the flow pumps, pump characteristic curve, the type of water pumped.

Where safety requires safe disposal, pumping stations are provided with double pumping
